Berries give your smoothie an antioxidant boost

Berry blast smoothie

This is a lovely smoothie I make for my toddler as a treat. I sometimes freeze some of the batch and then take it out with us so that it’s slushy by the time we eat it. He loves it (and I do too)!

You need:

  • 1 banana
  • 50g raspberries
  • 50g blueberries
  • 150g plain natural yoghurt
  • a gloop of runny honey (optional, but it helps remove the tartness if the berries aren’t that sweet – remember not to include this for babies under 1!)

Place the mixture in a blender and whizz it until smooth. Then decant into the Super Squish pouches and enjoy!

Fills about 5 Super Squish pouches.
